Common iOS 14.3 Issues and How to Fix Them

Although iOS 14 still looks very new, Apple has released the third major update to the latest version of iOS. As expected, iOS 14.3 has some great add-ons. However, it has become a virtual nightmare for a few users because they have encountered many annoying problems. So, we decided to discuss the most common iOS 14.3 issues and possible fixes.

Fixes are provided for the most common issues. However, if your iPhone is experiencing some major issues, you might have to take it to some repair center new you. In such cases, try to choose a repair service provider who buys apple replacement parts in wholesale from some trusted vendor. That way, you’ll get genuine spares which is sometimes difficult to get.

Wi-Fi issues

Some iPhone users who recently upgraded to iOS 14.3 reported that their devices often automatically disconnect from Wi-Fi and they must re-enter the Wi-Fi password to connect to the Internet. Some users have complained that even if there are no problems with other devices connected to the same network, Wi-Fi does not seem to work properly. For this, we recommend that you reset the network settings, as it generally proves to be very reliable for solving Wi-Fi issues on iPhones and iPads.

Go to Settings app >General >Reset>Reset all settings. Now, enter your password and click Reset all settings again to confirm. After that, you will need to reconnect to the network. Please note that resetting the network settings means that you must enter the previously saved network password and reconfigure any VPN settings.

Bluetooth Issues

Many iPhone users report that Bluetooth does not work on their devices after updating to iOS 14.3. We recommend several solutions to solve this problem. First forget the Bluetooth device, then restart the Bluetooth accessory. Since each accessory has a different restart method, please refer to the user manual. As long as the problem is not related to an unknown error, this technique can help you solve the problem.

Unexpected Battery Consumption

Although battery discharge problems are usually caused by various problems, you should never look away from power-consuming features such as location, background application services and updates. Outdated apps are also responsible for unexpected battery consumption issues. Therefore, you need to delete them or update the application so that they no longer consume most of the battery.

Go to Settingsapp>Privacy>Location Services. Either turn off location services completely now, or choose to use it wisely so you don’t consume a lot of battery on your device.

Launch Settings>General>Background app update. Now choose Close.

Mobile Hotspot Issues

Since personal hotspots have always been one of the most common issues on iOS, it is not surprising that we also saw it on iOS 14.3. But you should not be discouraged, because resetting network settings and updating carrier settings have always been very reliable solutions.

Go to the Settings app >General >About. Now, if there are any carrier settings updates, you will receive a notification to update them.

If this does not solve the problem, please go to the Settings app>General>Reset, and then follow the instructions above to reset the network settings.

Slow Apps and Crashes

Last but not least, slow apps and crashes seem to be very common on iPhones running iOS 14.3. In order to get rid of these, we recommend that you clean your iPhone and update all applications. In addition, if you no longer use some applications, make sure to delete them. Also, don’t be stingy with outdated apps that haven’t been updated in a while, because they are likely to make your iPhone life very difficult.

Navigate to the App Store and click on your profile. Now, click Update All to update all applications on your device.

These are the common iOS 14 problems and their possible fixes. The fixes should work in resolving these issues as mentioned. However, if they do not work, you might have to take your iPhone to some repair center. If you do, always try to choose a center that buys apple replacement parts in wholesale from some trusted vendor. That way, the spares you’ll get will be genuine.
